I have dealt with the structure of the project so far.

• organized the assembly under Visual Studio 2019
• trying to add support for the INT128 type. There's an easier way through compatibility mode, but I want to support native conversion.

So far, there is nothing in  the way of new features to download.  I will post links once there is something useful to download and test.
