Legally Firebird Foundation (z.s.) is a non-profit Association incorporated and registered in Czech Republic (Czechia).
From the federal register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section L, insert 79312:
The Foundation takes care of the legal interests of the Firebird Project as a whole and is the owner of the "Firebird" trademark.
The supreme body of the Association is the General Meeting (a collective body consisting of all Members).
The statutory body of the Association is the Presidium - a three-member collective body elected by the General Meeting.
